The processing of your personal data in connection with the use of our website is carried out for the following purposes and on the basis of the following legal grounds:

1. Hosting

In the context of hosting, all data to be processed in connection with the operation of this website is stored. This is necessary to enable the operation of the website. 2. Cookies

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your terminal device. We only use cookies that are technically necessary for the operation of this website. These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be deactivated in your systems.

Some of the cookies we use are deleted immediately after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your end device and make it possible to recognise your browser the next time you visit (persistent cookies).

You can delete all cookies stored on your end device and set the common browsers to prevent cookies from being stored. In this case, you may have to make some settings again each time you visit this website and accept that some functions may be impaired.

You can find out which functions we use cookies for in the overview at the end of this data protection information.

The processing of your personal data by means of technically necessary cookies is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.

Otherwise, the processing is based on our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO to properly handle your request.

Storage period

We keep your (personal) data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and used, unless a longer period is necessary to comply with our legal obligations or to pursue a legal or financial claim.

Sharing of data / International data transfers

We share your personal data with a web hosting provider to the extent set out above.

We do not transfer your personal data to a third country outside the EU or EEA.

Origin of your personal data and obligation to provide personal data

We only process the personal data that you have provided to us. There is no legal or contractual obligation for you to provide us with personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO).

Insofar as we base the processing of your personal data on a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO, you may object to the processing. You will find further information on this below:

Special information about your right to object according to Art. 21 DSGVO:
